Yesterday we made some Italians get married with Italian Wedding Soup
So there were some issues getting my rental car yesterday
Very frustrating
Hopefully it is all taken care of now after a bunch of calls yesterday
If everything does go correctly, I’ll have the rental car later this morning
And I’ll definitely need it this week to go to work
But this is not car month, it’s soup month
So let’s get into today’s soup
Alphabet Soup
Alphabet soup is finally here!
Better hold on to your seat, because I made a recipe that turned this simple can of soup into something better than before

What you will need
- Artichoke hearts
- Basil
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Can of alphabet soup
- Cream (not pictured)
- Garlic Powder
- Minced Onion
- Olive oil (not pictured)
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Salt

Cut up your carrots and broccoli
Don’t worry about the artichoke hearts, those will be used for later

Empty some olive oil in a saucepan and add vegetables
Flip them around in the pan, sauté them for a bit until softened

Get your can of alphabet soup open and pour into the saucepan
Hold on to the can because the next step is going to need it

Insert some water into the can and add it to the soup
Just be sure to stir so it mixes all together well!

Keep stirring the soup, and add a little bit of cream to it
Little bit of cream will slightly thicken it, and makes it smoother

Make sure to have the artichoke hearts nearby to add to the soup at this point
Now that should be all the vegetables needed

Only boring soups have no spices
Pumps up the flavor if you have it, so be sure to add it at this point

Question: what do you think you can spell with the noodle letters?
Really interested in seeing what could be done

Soup!
Take your time eating it, I think it turned out really well
Usually I’ll have another recipe for you tomorrow, so I’ll see you then!
