Souptember Day 19

We’re almost in the last 10 soups

I’m sure I’m going to make the Alphabet soup this week, and my birthday is next week so that’ll be a fun soup I’m sure

And I will use the instant pot again, but I need to get all the ingredients for it

So big things are coming for soups, but I need to make sure I have everything, and that I have the energy to make it

Leftover Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup

Remember those leftovers from Olive Garden from the other day?

Well we can use it for today’s own soup

What you’ll want to make sure you do first is get some leftover soup from the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks at Olive Garden

Take the soup home, and store in the fridge so it stays fresh

When you’re ready to eat the soup, take it out of the fridge

Open the lid of the soup bowl to vent, and stick in the microwave

Heat up the soup for 2 minutes

When finished, take it out of the microwave and stir

Heat it up for another 30 seconds

Take the soup out again

Stir it around

Add your cheese

Remember to say when to stop just like at Olive Garden!

If you don’t say when then legally you have to keep adding cheese

And there you go!
