Chapter 4

I got a new hat.

I don’t know what to do with it, though. So, I made this chapter of my website all about this hat, and places that I tried to put it.

I need help finding something to do with this new hat. I have tried everything I can think of. I just don’t know what to do right now.

The first thing that I tried doing with this hat was set it on this lamp. I know, it sounds weird, but I’ve never had this hat before so I don’t exactly know what to expect until I try things out. I quickly realized that my new hat looked stupid on this lamp, so I tried something else after that.

This next place for the hat seems better, but I still feel like it doesn’t belong there. I think that I was getting close at this point, though. Clearly, this hat is involved with some kind of music-type of activity because of the strange hieroglyphics that are on the front of it.

The bird with shoes is still a mystery to me so far.

This isn’t the right spot for the new hat either. I think that I was getting closer, though. I quickly abandoned setting the hat on other instruments and I attempted something else.

Okay, I lied. I thought that maybe I was close with the lamps, so I tried it again. It still didn’t feel right, though. Plus I thought that I would start some sort of fire if I turned on the light with this new hat on it. That wouldn’t be good for me, and my new hat. I wouldn’t be able to find a good place for it if it burned. I removed it from the lamp and went somewhere else to put it.

Hats belong on other hats, right? I didn’t think so either, but I had to try. This blue hat needs to be put on something that would like wearing it, and I think that my red hat just wouldn’t enjoy it, if it could enjoy anything.

Above is a photo of me, desperately trying to find a place for this new, blue hat. I need to put it on something, but I just don’t know what or who likes wearing hats! I tried googling it, but all the results just show pictures of hats, not what type of thing wears them. I just don’t know anymore at this point.

So this is where the hat currently is, and this is where it will stay until I find a place for it. It is set right in front of the door to my bedroom as a reminder, that it is always there, waiting to be put on something. I have tripped on this hat a few times so far, but that is a reminder to, to better watch where I am going. If anyone has any idea of what I should do with this hat, please tell me. I am desperate at this point. I have no clue how hats work.
